These digital tools can be used to foster active learning, collaboration and support formative assessment. Applications of each tool and experimenting with them will be part of the session.

Explore how generative AI tools can support the development of H5P branching scenarios and game maps. Look at different prompts and how you might co-create with AI to develop an adaptive, engaging dynamic experience for students. A review of other available prompts to use with Copilot for creating H5P drag the words, summary, and quiz is also covered. See the attachments for a copy of the prompts.

Explore features in Teams like creating recurring meetings, the meeting lobby, breakout rooms, polls, whiteboards, and some of the differences from Zoom such as Live Share PowerPoint, managing breakout room chats, etc.

Validating Student Learning in the AI Age

This interactive workshop will cover GenAI's current capabilities and consider how assessment is evolving in response to validate student learning. A process to review and redesign assessments, along with options for secure and open assessments, and concrete examples of how assessments can be restructured is shared, while reflecting on instructor provided assessments. AI prompts for testing AI vulnerability and redesign are also shared.
