This workshop reviews use of Microsoft Copilot with Enterprise license to co-develop teaching materials via text and image generation since recent October changes to Copilot. We also review the use of ChatGPT for image analysis for alt text generation, summarizing hand-drawn notes, and some customGPTs that could be useful in education work and Claude artifacts.
