With Google Jamboard retiring effective October 2024, what options are out there for collaborative whiteboard spaces for online course work with students? this workshop reviews institutionally available options including Zoom whiteboard, Microsoft Whiteboard and Teams for classes, along with Padlet, Miro and Figjam. Pros/cons and other details of these options can be found in the worksheet in the attachments. Since the workshop, IT has enabled the option to "share the whiteboard" to "anyone with the link", which should remove the need for VCC students to log in to see the whiteboard! There is also new information about how to share individual sections of Padlet in the attached word document.
