This one-hour workshop aims to help department leaders and instructors determine which parts of their courses can be delivered asynchronously and which are best done synchronously through in-person delivery. Examples of mixed asynchronous/synchronous courses will be shown, as will common strategies for determining which delivery mode fits with which section of course content/outcomes. The focus for the session will be on delivery planning, to enable consistent and predictable delivery schedules for departments and students.
