According to UDL guidelines, building in opportunities for reflection in our classes, is an important part of student engagement. Not only is reflection critical for motivation, it also has many other benefits such as enhancing critical thinking, increasing self-awareness,  and promoting personal growth to name a few things.  In this video, we will discuss the importance of reflection and the Moodle tools that can help instructors increase reflective learning practices in their courses.
